1General Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.

• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4Bonuses & Promotions

299tk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of a specified percentage is awarded on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or any other method to exploit system benefits will result in bonus forfeiture.

7Account Suspension & Closure

299tk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violations of Terms & Conditions
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Own Request
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority

The balance of a permanently closed account will be reviewed, and if no rule violations are found, it will be refunded within the specified timeframe.
